A lot of my ingredients are locally sourced and my suppliers are award-winning, independent and passionate about quality and their customers, just like me. They include Craig’s Dairy Farm in Osmington and Braces butchers in Poundbury. My jam is from Boddingtons Berries in Cornwall, the room biscuits are Moores, famous for their Dorset Knob, based in nearby Bridport and the room tea is Dorset Tea.
